Good Capture m8 :) .... you can solve over exposure problem within your DSLR

This is my Experience may b this will help you

Mode - M
Shutter Speed - 1 second or 1/3 second
Aperture : between F/20.0 - F/30.0
ISO : 100 - 200

my feedback is the exposure of the sky is overexposure or very bright

hello dear,
I think you have two options
*first one is you could capture to frames by the camera with two exposures to get correct details of the clouds and second frame for waterfalls and planets then combine them by the photoshop.
*the second option is you could use the photoshop and make a new layer with mask to decrease the exposure of the clouds to get more details
