Mode - M
Shutter Speed - 1 second or 1/3 second
Aperture : between F/20.0 - F/30.0
ISO : 100 - 200
If you have any idea on how to post-process that please let me know
I think you have two options
*first one is you could capture to frames by the camera with two exposures to get correct details of the clouds and second frame for waterfalls and planets then combine them by the photoshop.
*the second option is you could use the photoshop and make a new layer with mask to decrease the exposure of the clouds to get more details
